Refund Policy

At eMG Website Design & Development, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design services and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

  • This refund policy applies only to full website design services and does not cover any other products or services we offer.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the project’s completion.

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us by email at info@emgsupport.com within 15 days of completion.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction.

  3. Allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues before processing a refund request.

 

Refund Determination & Amount

  • Refunds are issued only if we determine that the services provided were unsatisfactory or did not meet the agreed-upon project specifications.

  • Refund amounts are based on the percentage of work completed:

    • If less than 50% of the project is completed, a full refund will be issued, minus a 3.55% processing fee (for Credit/Debit Card or PayPal transactions).

    • If more than 50% of the project is completed, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed, minus a 3.55% processing fee (if applicable).

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered projects that have been accepted by the client.

  • Refunds will not be issued for additional services, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, SEO services, and third-party integrations.

 

Termination of Services

  • If you choose to terminate our services before project completion, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the termination date.
